Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of besimplify.com.co and the digital marketing services provided by BE SIMPLIFY. By engaging us or using the site you accept these conditions.

1. Services

BE SIMPLIFY offers two recurring monthly packages — Simplify Presence and Simplify Growth — described on the services page. The specific scope of each engagement is documented in the signed proposal.

2. Payment

Monthly packages are invoiced in advance on day 1 of each month. Paid media spend (Meta Ads) is charged separately against the agreed-upon budget.

3. Results and guarantees

We guarantee execution, not results. We deliver every item in the package each month. Commercial results (sales, conversions, ROAS) depend on variables outside the agency: your product, price, market, and audience behavior. If at day 60 we see no traction, we adjust strategy at no additional cost.

4. Intellectual property

Content produced for the client (posts, reels, copy, strategy) belongs to the client upon payment of the corresponding month. BE SIMPLIFY's internal tools, templates, and methodology remain ours.

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation penalty; months already invoiced are non-refundable if the service was delivered.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all commercial, financial, or strategic information shared by the client as confidential. This obligation survives termination.

7. Liability

BE SIMPLIFY's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last three months.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be resolved before competent courts in Medellín, Colombia.
